I am a firm believer that the key to successfully achieving your goals in counseling starts with finding the right match between your needs and your therapist. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation prior to scheduling a first session to determine if it is likely that we will be a good match. In the event that it doesn’t seem we will be well-suited to work together, I will provide appropriate referrals when available.
Fees for additional services will be negotiated as they are requested.

Using Insurance Benefits
I am a participating provider with Anthem Blue Cross of California Behavioral Health Network (Effective: 4/29/2013), Aetna (Effective: 8/16/2013) and Blue Shield for UC Berkeley SHIP (Effective 8/1/2019).
If you are a subscriber of a different insurance plan, I will gladly provide an itemized bill that you may attempt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an Out-of-Network provider.
