Selecting a therapist can be a challenging process, there are many to choose from and it's vital that you find someone you are comfortable with and feel you can trust. I encourage you to browse around this site to learn more about my background and approach to counseling. If my approach seems in line with what you're looking for, call to set up a free phone consultation where we can discuss what you're looking for and perhaps set up an appointment for a first session.

  • Identity exploration and discovery - including gender, sexuality, cultural background, personality style, or any other facet of life.
  • Relationships - Many people come to therapy in order to sort through issues in relationships with family, friends, or significant others. I am poly-friendly and here to help you work through relationship concerns.
